The timetable at Senjo Cairns is structured to cater to different age groups and skill levels. Young Lions Kyokushin classes are specifically designed for children aged 6 to 11 years old. These classes take place on Thursdays from 4pm to 5pm and Saturdays from 12midday to 1pm, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for younger students to learn Karate.
For participants aged 12 years and above, Senjo Cairns offers regular Kyokushin Karate classes. These classes take place on Tuesdays from 7pm to 9pm, Thursdays from 5pm to 7pm, and Saturdays from 1pm to 3pm. These sessions are tailored to challenge and develop both physical and mental strength, ensuring students gain a comprehensive understanding of Karate techniques and principles.
In addition to Kyokushin Karate, Senjo Cairns also offers Yamane Ryu Kobudo classes. Taking place on Fridays from 6pm to 8pm, these sessions focus on the traditional Okinawan weapons training system. Students can learn the techniques and philosophies of various weapons, such as the bo staff and tonfa.
