With years of experience participating in Pilates classes and practising Reformer Pilates, Cheryl wanted to bring the benefits of this exercise method to the Camden, Narellan, Campbelltown, and surrounding areas. Our aim is to create a supportive and welcoming community where individuals can experience the many health benefits of Pilates.
The name Semprose, a blend of the Latin words “Sempre” meaning always and “rose” meaning beautiful, reflects our vision.
