The studio is the brainchild of Maddie, a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, who is passionate about helping individuals fall in love with the journey of self-improvement. She believes that true transformation can only be achieved when we address all aspects of our lives – body, mind, and soul.
At Self Love Club, you will experience a supportive and inclusive environment where you can focus on your own personal growth. The studio offers various classes, including First Base, Cloud Nine, and Mat Fling, each designed to challenge and inspire you on your Pilates journey.
