Repower is excited to welcome all yoga lovers to join them for a special Self-Giving Yoga Workshop on Saturday 16th December. This 90-minute session promises to be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, perfect for unwinding during the busy holiday season.

Whether you're a complete beginner or have been practicing yoga for years, this workshop has something for everyone. Led by Bernie, participants will be guided through a series of mindful and gentle yoga poses that focus on self-care, flexibility, and mindfulness. Feel free to take things at your own pace and make adjustments to suit your individual needs.
