
Experience a 30 Day Trial of Shield Fitness and Self Defence's Self Defence classes. This trial is open to anyone interested in learning how to defend themselves and improve their fitness and confidence. During the trial, participants will have access to all of Shield Fitness and Self Defence's self-defence sessions and the opportunity to train with their friendly team.
Shield Fitness and Self Defence's beginners course is designed to teach practical techniques and skills that can be immediately applied. Over the course of four weeks, participants will learn valuable self-defence strategies and notice improvements in their fitness. The scenarios taught in their classes are based on real-life situations, giving participants insight into the realities of protecting themselves.
In addition to the self-defence classes, the trial includes Shield Fitness and Self Defence's popular Combat Conditioning classes. These classes consist of fitness and conditioning circuits, as well as boxing combinations, to further enhance participants' overall fitness.
