Kids aged 4-10 can join the "Punching Panda Self-defence Programme," which teaches karate through fun activities. Parents can join in or watch for kids up to 8 years old during the trial period.
Seishin Karate Brighton has two handy locations: Brighton Marina Studios (Saturdays, 9:00-10:00) at Unit 11 Brighton Marina Waterfront, BN2 5WA, and Brighton University Falmer Sports Centre, Studio 2, BN2 4PN. Their pricing is family-friendly, offering discounts for siblings and multiple members.

Additional costs include a £40 joining fee, £25 annual licence fee, £15 for a karate suit (Gi), and £20 for belt gradings, which includes a certificate and belt.

He'll confirm availability within 48 hours and arrange pre-payment for beginners' courses. Wear comfy clothing for your session, or your Gi if you've trained before. Changing facilities are available at both venues.
