Nicole, a certified Reiki Master and personal trainer, combines the energy of Reiki with personal training to create a holistic system for balancing and harmonising all aspects of the person – mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Her goal is to help individuals achieve a state of balance and live their lives to the fullest.

Tony, a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, personal trainer, advanced Boxercise Instructor, and Level 1 England Boxing Coach, has hands-on first aid experience from his career as a firefighter. With his expertise, Tony provides support and guidance to his clients, helping them improve not just their physical health, but also their mental well-being.

At Secret Touch Health Club, we believe that the secret to achieving all of your goals lies in unlocking the power of your mind. Willpower, confidence, courage, and discipline are all controlled within the mind, and we are here to help individuals harness the power of their minds to create the body and fitness they desire.

We offer a range of services, including 1-to-1 training, dietary advice, seasonal bootcamp/group classes, and Reiki therapy. Most of our services are mobile, allowing us to travel to surrounding areas, such as Mitcham, Sutton, Cheam, and Banstead.

In addition to our services, we are proud to announce that our son, Cairo, has recently qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. Cairo's dedication to fitness and getting results is unmatched, and his commitment to personal growth extends beyond the gym. He embraces a holistic lifestyle, prioritising nutrition, recovery, and overall well-being. Cairo's passion for fitness is evident in his infectious enthusiasm and ability to motivate others.
