

Brought to my life. So, I decided to deepen my knowledge and trained as a Yoga instructor, specialising in Seasonal Yoga.
But my journey didn't stop there. I have always been fascinated by alternative therapies and the power of holistic healing. I wanted to offer my clients more than just physical exercise, so I immersed myself in the world of alternative medicine. Furthermore, I became a certified aromatherapist, learning how essential oils can support emotional well-being and promote relaxation.
Besides, I also trained in micro-system acupuncture, functional dry needling, and massage cupping, all of which are wonderful techniques for harmonising and healing the body.
My passion for wellness also led me to become a Mindfulness and Life Coach. I believe that emotional healing is just as important as physical healing, so I developed a unique healing therapy that combines quantum healing techniques with emotional release work. This therapy has been incredibly transformative for my clients, helping them to release tension, stress, and emotional blockages.
At Seasonal Sanctuary by the Sea, I offer a range of treatments and therapies to help you heal, restore, and relax. From aromatherapy massages and micro-system acupuncture to the AromaTouch Technique and plant-based nutrition, each session is designed to support your overall well-being. I believe in a holistic approach to health, focusing not just on the physical body but also on the mind and spirit.
In addition to my individual treatments, I also offer group classes and workshops. I specialise in Seasonal Yoga, a unique style that combines traditional yoga poses with the wisdom of Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine. Seasonal Yoga is all about honouring the rhythms of nature and finding balance within ourselves, both physically and mentally. Whether you're a yoga enthusiast or a complete beginner, my classes are open to all levels and abilities.
