What classes and training do you offer?

We offer reformer Pilates classes, reformer Pilates personal training, and a reformer Pilates academy. Everything is designed around posture, form and control for a dynamic, muscle strengthening workout.

How big are the classes and how long is a session?

Our small group classes are kept to no more than 6 people, so you get more individual attention. Each session is 50 minutes on the reformer machine.
