Sarah's interest in exercise, physical activity, and nutrition began at a young age and has been nurtured throughout her life. From mentors such as dance instructors and netball coaches during her formative years, to fitness coaches who taught her correct form, technique, and a positive relationship with nutrition in recent years, Sarah's professional development over the past six years has included obtaining accreditations such as being an Accredited Sports Nutritionist, a Diploma in Personal Training, a Certificate 3 & 4 as a Fitness Professional, a Certificate 1 Physique athlete coach, and qualifications as an Online Coach and Performance Nutrition Coach.
Driven by her own journey of self-improvement and a desire to be a better, healthier, and happier version of herself, Sarah's goal as a fitness coach is to help clients achieve their own goals while developing healthier habits, behaviours, and lifestyles. Whether individuals are looking to start their fitness journey or seeking to work with someone new to create a better lifestyle, Sarah is dedicated to offering her expertise and guidance.
In addition to in-person training sessions, SD Health & Fitness also offers online coaching services. Working closely with clients, Sarah provides comprehensive and personalised coaching to achieve goals, improve education about health and fitness, and develop sustainable daily habits. With 7 years of experience in the industry and being a fully qualified Sports Nutritionist, Sarah offers tailored training plans for either the gym or home, ensuring flexibility and preference are taken into consideration. These training plans can be followed for a month and are tracked through a personal training app.
Furthermore, online coaching includes customised meal plans that cater to individual lifestyles, food preferences, and dietary requirements. Clients receive three different sample days for the month, each with a breakdown of calories and macros for every meal. Weekly check-ins are conducted via WhatsApp, allowing clients to provide progress photos, weigh-ins, and discuss their week while receiving ongoing support and guidance from Sarah.
