Our Signature Sculpt class offers a full-body conditioning experience with pilates/barre elements to sculpt and strengthen your entire body. Using light weights, a ballet barre, and optional equipment, this low-intensity class focuses on proper form, muscle fatigue, and mind-body engagement. Grip socks are required for participation, and are available for purchase in-studio, or you can bring your own.
