At Scrutiny Strength & Conditioning, we believe in training for real-life movements and activities. Our functional training area is equipped with various tools and equipment, such as battle ropes, medicine balls, and TRX suspension trainers, to help you improve your balance, coordination, and overall functional fitness.

We offer a range of group fitness classes to cater to different interests and fitness levels. From high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to yoga and Pilates, our classes are led by experienced instructors who will guide and motivate you to push your limits and achieve your goals.

If you prefer one-on-one guidance and personalised attention, our qualified trainers are available for personal training sessions. They will work closely with you to create a customised training plan based on your specific goals, fitness level, and any limitations or injuries.

Our trainers are experienced in working with individuals who are recovering from injuries or looking to prevent them. We can help you build a training plan to safely return to physical activity and strengthen the areas that are prone to injuries. Our trainers will also provide guidance on proper form and technique to minimise the risk of future injuries.

In addition to exercise, proper nutrition plays a crucial role in achieving your fitness goals. Our trainers can provide nutritional guidance and help you create a balanced and sustainable eating plan that supports your training and overall health.
