ScrumKids Rugby is the ultimate destination for navigating rugby fun for little ones in Rugby, New Zealand. Designed for children between the ages of two and eight, our kids rugby classes are focused on promoting physical activity, fostering a love for the game, and most importantly, ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience!

At ScrumKids, we take pride in providing high-quality rugby sessions at a competitive price. With our expertise and passion for the sport, we strive to build confidence, agility, social skills, and basic rugby abilities in a highly energetic environment. Our sessions are specifically designed to cater to the developmental needs of children in different age groups.

For our youngest rugby stars aged between two and three and a half years old, we offer Scrum Toddlers. These sessions are specially shortened to 30 minutes to accommodate their fleeting attention spans. Using soft balls, children learn basic techniques for handling and kicking, all while having a blast!

Scrum Juniors is tailored for children aged between three and a half and five years old who are ready for a further challenge. These sessions last for 40 minutes and utilise our specially designed size 2. 5 unique ScrumKids balls to help children develop and showcase their skills.

Scrum Seniors is designed for children aged five years and above, serving as the final stage in our programme. At the age of seven, we aim to connect the children with local rugby clubs to further their rugby journey in a team environment.
