Shirley Cunningham, a seasoned and savvy Pilates instructor, completed her qualifications in November 2019. With a true passion for fitness and holistic wellbeing, she set up SC Pilates in Burntisland, Fife.
SC Pilates is all about welcoming everyone, no matter their age or fitness level, to enjoy the perks of Pilates. Shirley’s goal is straightforward: help folks feel fantastic while boosting their flexibility, strength, and overall wellbeing.
Group sessions at SC Pilates offer a chance to connect with others in a friendly setting. Shirley, with her wealth of experience, leads the classes, making sure everyone has a great time whilst practising Pilates.
For those who prefer a more personal touch, Shirley offers 1:1 sessions. These private classes are perfect for focusing on individual needs, providing tailored guidance and attention. The studio’s solo 1:1 mat sessions are designed to help participants make the most out of their Pilates journey.
