Clients have the convenience of choosing between 30 or 60-minute sessions, and workout times are available from Monday to Saturday. The training environment is also private, with three indoor training areas that have no mirrors, as well as a floodlit private outdoor training area.
There are also change rooms and a bathroom available for clients to use. Additionally, there is a private rear car park for easy access.
