The dog wash area features a professional grooming bath and offers three types of shampoo that can be injected into warm water through the shower. Shampoo options include medicated/sensitive shampoo, a general shampoo for regular cleaning, and a specialised shampoo for removing the smell of fox poo. Alternatively, clients are welcome to bring their own preferred shampoo.

Towels and a warm air dryer are available for use after the wash. Dog wash prices start at 12, with variations based on size and coat type. Clients can choose between washing their dogs themselves or opting for the facility's professional washing service for a small additional charge.
