Founded by Caroline Demers, Tango Rico is a pioneering Argentine Tango school located in LeMoyne. Established in 2003, Tango Rico holds the distinction of being the first Argentine Tango school to thrive on the South Shore of Montreal, sharing the captivating passion of this dance with thousands of students over the years.
At Tango Rico, they offer a variety of courses designed to cater to students of all levels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced dancer, there is a course for you. The group classes are held in 6-week modules, with a focus on providing a comprehensive learning experience for each student. The school encourages students to attend practicas and milongas to develop friendships and expand their dance partner network.
The school also offers the option for students to take individual classes with a partner if they choose to do so. Payment for classes can be made in full at the first class or in two instalments. Tango Rico accepts payment by cash, cheque, Interac transfer, or PayPal.
In terms of attendance policy, missed classes are non-refundable. Students have the option to make up for missed classes by attending another class of the same level or a lower level. If a makeup class is not possible, the student may receive a $10 credit towards a private 60-minute lesson. In the event of a student withdrawing from a course, a 50% refund is available for any classes not attended if requested before the fourth class of the session.
Tango Rico is committed to providing a supportive and enriching environment for students to learn and enjoy the art of Argentine Tango. With a dedicated team of instructors and a diverse range of courses, Tango Rico is a dance school for Argentine Tango enthusiasts in LeMoyne and the surrounding areas.
