Cherbon Waters Equestrian Centre in Brisbane City is excited to offer school holiday horse riding camps for children who are passionate about horses. These camps are a fantastic opportunity for kids to immerse themselves in the world of horse ownership while having a great time with like-minded individuals.
Running from Monday to Thursday during each school holiday, the camps kick off at 9am and conclude at 4pm. Whether your child can join for just one day or wishes to be part of the entire four-day experience, they are sure to make new friends and create wonderful memories.
For those young riders who are just starting out, Cherbon Waters hosts dedicated beginner camps every afternoon, from 4pm to 6pm. Aimed at riders aged 7 and above who are learning to trot but have yet to canter, these sessions provide a safe and supportive environment for them to explore their passion.
Not to worry, intermediate and advanced riders are not left out either. Our school holiday camps offer tailored activities that cater to their skill levels, allowing them to progress and challenge themselves while having a blast.
At Cherbon Waters, we believe that every day at camp should be different and filled with horse-related lessons and activities. Our experienced instructors ensure that participants have the time of their lives, leaving each day feeling tired, perhaps a little dirty, but absolutely beaming with joy.
Kindly note that interested riders must be assessed by one of our instructors before booking their spot in the event camp. Safety and the well-being of our participants are our top priorities, and this assessment ensures that everyone is placed in the appropriate group.
To make the most of their experience, riders should come prepared. We recommend wearing comfortable long pants and socks, as well as bringing their own lunch, snacks, water, and sunscreen. This way, our young riders can focus on enjoying their time at camp without any worries.
