Led by the experienced Australian Savate instructor, Craig Gemeiner, this seminar offered participants a unique opportunity to delve into the intricacies of the older French methods of personal combat.

During the three-hour class, attendees were introduced to a repertoire of simple yet effective techniques, encompassing various disciplines such as La Savate, Jacket fighting, and the Vigny-Lang French stick fighting method.
