Mandy Saunders here, and excited to share some updates from Saunders Personal Training Studio in Crawley. We've been working hard to make our fitness centre the go-to place for anyone keen on improving their well-being.
At Saunders Personal Training Studio, we offer 1-2-1 personal training sessions for those who prefer a more tailored approach. Our trainers start with a detailed initial consultation to understand your fitness goals and mindset. Whether you want to boost your strength, endurance, or technique, we create a personalised programme to help you achieve your targets.
We're also an affiliate gym providing HYROX classes every Monday and Thursday evening, as well as Saturday mornings. These sessions welcome all fitness abilities, from HYROX veterans to newcomers. Our trainers are here to help you break your personal records.
If you're looking for a dynamic workout experience, join our outdoor and indoor bootcamp classes. These sessions cater to all fitness levels and are designed to improve stamina and endurance in a fun, community-focused setting. Think battle ropes, tyres, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises—each session is a new challenge.
For a more intimate setting, check out our small group personal training sessions, limited to six people. This format ensures personalised attention and a supportive environment to help you reach new heights in your fitness journey.
On Sundays, our HIIT enthusiasts gather for Sunday Circuits classes. These sessions use a variety of equipment like rowers, kettlebells, weights, ski-ergs, and slam balls. It’s a great way to kickstart your Sunday with a full-body workout.
