LITTLE NINJAS (4 years to 6 years) Little Ninjas will have the opportunity to explore a variety of ninja warrior obstacles and challenges designed to enhance their agility, strength, and problem-solving skills. This class focuses on building a solid foundation of physical fitness and mental toughness while fostering a love for active play.

JUNIOR NINJAS (7 years to 9 years) Junior Ninjas will take their ninja warrior training to the next level with more complex obstacles and skills to master. This class aims to improve strength, endurance, and resilience in a high-energy and engaging setting that encourages teamwork and perseverance.

TEEN NINJAS (10 years to 14 years) Teen Ninjas will tackle advanced ninja warrior obstacles and techniques to push their physical and mental limits. This class is designed to challenge and inspire teenagers to build confidence, determination, and a strong sense of achievement through overcoming obstacles both on and off the course.

ADULT NINJAS (15 years and up) Our adult ninja warriors will participate in a variety of training programs aimed at improving strength, agility, and mental focus. With a supportive community of like-minded individuals, adult ninjas will have the opportunity to challenge themselves, set goals, and achieve new heights in their fitness journey.
