At SARI Therapeutic Riding, we offer a variety of programs including therapeutic riding, summer camps, grooming sessions, and more. Our integrated farm discovery summer camp is a popular choice for children aged 6-18, providing a fun and educational experience for all participants. Grooming sessions are also available, allowing individuals to connect with the horses in a mutually beneficial way.
Our therapeutic riding program is designed to cater to the needs of each rider, with private, semi-private, and group lessons running once a week for the duration of each session. Riders are assessed by our staff instructors and healthcare professionals to ensure that they are matched with the appropriate mount, equipment, and support level to achieve their goals.
Founded in 1978, SARI has a rich history of changing lives through therapeutic riding. Our organization was established in memory of Sari Greenberg, a young girl with Down Syndrome whose love for animals inspired the creation of SARI. Today, we continue to honour her legacy by providing life-changing experiences for individuals with special needs.
