At Santuario Training Studio, we offer a holistic approach to fitness by merging six high-performance athletic disciplines and ensuring three stages of personal development: fat burning, muscle toning, and performance maximization. Our program consists of 8-week cycles with daily one-hour training sessions incorporating TRX, Boxing, Calisthenics, Functional training, Animal Flow, and Weightlifting exercises to work on speed, agility, strength, and endurance.

Our success stories speak for themselves - women have shed a total of 94 kg, men 81 kg, and a collective 175 kg weight loss is something to be proud of. Our functional routines focus on every aspect of body movement, while TRX suspension exercises, boxing, Animal Flow, Calisthenics, and Weightlifting sessions cater to different fitness needs.
