And let's not forget our furry friends – Santa Paws is also available for pet dogs to join in the festive fun for a fee of £6.00.
To avoid disappointment, make sure to book your tickets in advance as walk-ins won't be accepted. Each Grotto session accommodates a maximum of 6 people per family, with ticket holders able to enter during their selected 30-minute slot.
