Founded by Shane and Kathryn in 2021, Sanctus brings over 20 years of boxing experience and expertise to the Brighouse community. With Shane's extensive background in boxing competition and coaching, we prioritise teaching the core fundamentals of boxing. We emphasise balance, manoeuvre, attack, and defence, ensuring our members become proficient in these essential skills.
But our mission extends beyond boxing training. We offer a comprehensive wellness programme that supports mental health and well-being. We understand that true growth involves nurturing both the body and mind, so our members have access to various wellness classes, including yoga and pilates. These classes provide a holistic approach to fitness, promoting flexibility, mindfulness, and inner strength.
Our gym is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, designed to cater to all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our experienced trainers and coaches provide personalised guidance and support to help you achieve your goals.
