We combine this expertise with the latest available research and qualifications in strength, conditioning, and personal training to ensure the best long-term results for our clients.

Our trainer has been working as a coach and trainer for seven years and is passionate about helping clients develop and reach their personal goals. With a background as a semi-professional sprinter, our trainer understands the body and the work ethic required to achieve optimal results. This experience led them to train as a personal trainer and then specialise further as a rehab specialist.

At Sanchez Personal Training, we offer a range of services to cater to different client needs. Our Personal Training sessions are available for 55 per hour and provide professional and experienced coaching, focusing on sports performance and general fitness. These sessions take place at a private fitness studio within Surrey.

For individuals who require rehabilitation, we offer sessions at 65 per hour. These sessions aim to improve the patient's health and well-being and encourage a more active lifestyle. Our trainer uses techniques such as myofascial release and exercise referral from your GP to ensure comprehensive care and support. Please note that consultations are mandatory before the first rehabilitation session.

Online Sessions are also available for 35 per hour for clients who prefer the convenience of not having to travel. These sessions provide personalised training programmes that can be accessed from the comfort of your own home or any location with an internet connexion.
