Our Pilates classes focus on core stabilisation, muscle endurance and strength, joint stability, balance, and coordination. Utilising reformer machines, we offer a truly dynamic and invigorating practise that will get your body moving and leave you feeling stronger and more flexible.
In addition to Pilates, we also offer Barre classes, which blend elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. These low-impact classes are beginner-friendly and adaptable to different skill sets and ability levels, ensuring that everyone can participate and benefit from this unique style of training.
Conveniently located in Wyong and Blacksmiths, our two studio locations provide a comfortable and inviting space for your practise. Our Wyong studio is situated at Shop 1/61 Howarth St, while our Blacksmiths studio can be found at Shop 1/89-93 Turea St. Both studios are equipped with top-of-the-line equipment and offer a welcoming atmosphere that will inspire and motivate you to reach your fitness goals.
But Salt + Stone Studio Pilates is not just about classes and studio sessions. We also offer a transformative Pilates Wellness Retreat, held annually in the beautiful wine region of Broke, New South Wales. This three-day all-inclusive retreat provides a chance to disconnect from the modern world, reconnect with nature, and realign your mind, body, and soul. Accommodation features luxurious amenities such as a Red Cedar Wood Barrel Sauna, hot tubs, magnesium float tank, outdoor pool, and more.
