Welcome to Salsa Magic, Wellington's longest running Salsa dance school. Founded by Chloe and Jacob, experienced dancers and instructors, Salsa Magic offers a vibrant and welcoming environment for individuals of all ages and skill levels to learn and enjoy the art of Salsa dancing.

At Salsa Magic, we believe that Salsa is like a tequila shot to the soul – it's exciting, invigorating, and brings joy to everyone partaking in it. Our team of friendly and experienced instructors are dedicated to helping you tap into your inner dancer and assisting you in mastering the art of Salsa.

We offer a variety of classes tailored for different levels of experience. Whether you're a complete beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced dancer wanting to brush up on your skills, we have the perfect class for you. Our classes cover a range of styles including Salsa, Mambo, Bachata, and more.

Our class schedule is designed to accommodate busy lifestyles, with classes held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. From Beginner 1 courses for those just starting out to Intermediate and Advanced classes for the more advanced dancers, there's something for everyone at Salsa Magic. We also offer performance team training for those interested in taking their dancing to the next level.

In addition to our classes, we also host various social salsa events where you can put your new skills to practise and enjoy an evening of dancing with fellow salsa enthusiasts. Join us at El Barrio, Wellington's favourite Latino Bar & Eatery, on Tuesday nights for an unforgettable salsa experience. We also have Friday Fiesta, a regular fortnightly salsa party, at Dancetopia where you can dance the night away to a great mix of music.

Our instructors at Salsa Magic are not only experienced teachers but also accomplished performers who have competed and performed both locally and globally. They bring their passion for salsa dancing to every class and are dedicated to helping you become the best dancer you can be.
