Sandy welcomes everyone with a warm, inclusive atmosphere. There's no need to dress fancy—casual wear and smooth-soled shoes are ideal.

Classes run throughout the week at various locations. On Mondays, head to Rhiwbina Recreation Club in Whitchurch/Rhiwbina at 7:30 pm for beginners and 8:40 pm for improvers/intermediates. Remember to book online in advance for £10.

Tuesdays are all about the Latin party at the Philharmonic in Cardiff Town Centre. Start with a bachata class at 8:30 pm, followed by salsa at 9:45 pm, all for £10. After the classes, enjoy a free dance night until late.

On Wednesdays, join the fun at the Duke of Wellington in Cowbridge at 8:00 pm for beginners and 9:15 pm for improvers/intermediates. The third Wednesday of each month features an all-levels bachata class. Free parking is nearby and after the classes, you can socialise and practise your moves.

Thursdays at the Philharmonic in Cardiff Town Centre offer more dance excitement. Post-classes, relax and dance the night away with the best salsa and bachata music until late.
