Salisbury Badminton Club has been a staple in the Salisbury sports scene for years. Alan and the team are all about creating a fun, friendly environment where everyone can enjoy the game. From beginners just having a go, to intermediate players wanting to up their game, and seasoned pros chasing league glory – there's a spot for everyone.
Alan especially loves seeing the mix of talent at the club, from young county players to senior England athletes. It means there’s always something to learn and someone to challenge you on court.
They’re really big on supporting young players too. Juniors can join in on Thursday nights from 6pm to 8pm for some top-notch coaching. Afterwards, they can stick around to play with the seniors from 8pm to 10pm – perfect for sharpening those skills.
The main club night is every Thursday from 8pm to 10pm at the Sarum Academy sports hall. Easy to find and convenient for anyone in Salisbury and nearby. Check out the website for directions and more details.
