Jay's mission? To deliver hands-on learning through sail training, helping young folks build confidence, tackle fears, and conquer challenges. With a focus on equal opportunities, Jay and his team make sure young people from all walks of life get a shot at these life-changing adventures. In 2019 alone, they dished out over £100,000 in funds and bursaries!
What's the big event? The Tall Ships Races and Regattas, of course! This annual spectacle is a hotspot for young sailors from diverse cultures, banding together for some serious fun and international friendship. Jay's team also invests in research and programmes to keep pushing the boundaries of sail training.
