S21 Submission Fighters

S21 Submission Fighters delivers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training in East London, teaching both adult and kids classes. BJJ is a standing and ground grappling method focused on techniques such as chokes, joint locks, escapes, defences and submissions, with an emphasis on body mechanics and leverage. The adult programme welcomes all skill levels from beginners to elite, while the kids classes build confidence, discipline, fitness and self-defence in a grouped, age and experience-based format.
