At Ryval Fitness, we offer a variety of classes and training programmes to cater to different fitness levels and goals. Our CORE class is a 30-minute core conditioning class that focuses on building abdominal strength and developing postural support. This class helps participants learn how to stabilise and strengthen their bodies, which can then support them in their day-to-day activities. Due to limited spaces, booking is required for this class.
For those who prefer a more intensive workout, our Circuits class is a multi-movement high-intensity workout that covers weights, core exercises, and cardio. We provide different options for all fitness levels, making this class suitable for everyone. Not only will you positively impact your own body, but you'll also inspire those around you.
If you're up for a challenge, our Bootcamp classes are always changing, delivering different workouts every week. We include activities such as boxercise, weight training, functional movements, core exercises, mobility workouts, and flexibility exercises. The sessions can include interval training, AMRAPs (as many reps as possible), workouts for time, and conditioning workouts.
In addition to our classes, we also offer personal training sessions tailored to individual needs and goals. Our personal training sessions are priced at 40 per hour, with discounted rates available for packages of 5 or 10 sessions. We also offer semi-private training sessions for small groups of 2 to 4 people.
For those looking for a comprehensive transformation package, we have our 12-Week Mind & Muscle package priced at 720, which includes two personal training sessions per week. We also offer the Ultimate Transformation Package priced at 1200, which includes three personal training sessions per week.

You can find us at our location in Waterlooville, Hampshire, and we offer flexible opening times from Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 am and ending at 10:00 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, we open at 8:00 am and close at 6:00 pm.
