The Ryhope CW Football Ground, located in Sunderland, is the home of Ryhope Colliery Welfare Football Club. The club recently introduced a new management structure known as the “Trio Fluid Management Team. ” Following the departure of Chris 'Tadge' McCabe as joint manager, Ryhope CW welcomed Craig Hughes and David 'Prof' Pounders, former joint managers of Easington Colliery AFC. The Trio Fluid Management style means that all three coaches will have equal roles and will be present on the touchline during match days. Both Hughes and Pounders have previously played for Ryhope CW and bring valuable experience as they aim to establish the club within the EBAC Northern League Division 1.
Ryhope CW is currently looking to appoint a Club Secretary. This role involves overseeing all matters relating to governance and logistics for the team. The Club Secretary will be responsible for attending league meetings, affiliating the club to the County FA and League, registering players, handling correspondence and match documentation, organising match facilities, and representing the club at outside meetings. The appointed person will receive full support from existing Committee members and other Club Officials.
