Ryde Athletics Centre, a well-known Pole Vault club in Sydney, is excited to announce that registrations are now open for the 2023-2024 season! To make the process as seamless as possible, registrations can be conveniently completed online. However, please note that registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid electronically.
For our new registrants, please ensure that you provide Proof of Age before your registration number can be released. This can be in the form of an original birth certificate, passport, notification of birth, or hospital blue book. We understand that internet access may be limited for some, so please remember to bring the invoice or receipt when collecting your registration number at Dunbar Park.
It is important to complete the online registration before 5pm on the day before collection to ensure a smooth process. You can collect your registration number on Collection Day or the first Saturday of competition once you have completed the online registration. For our senior athletes, please reach out to the Registrar or President on Registration Day to obtain the registration costs.
While registrations are accepted throughout the competition season, we highly recommend registering prior to the season start to avoid any queues or delays. For those interested in our Little As program, trials will be held in October. Don't miss out on this opportunity and register your interest online today!
Parents, we have some good news for you too! You can utilise the $50 Active Kids Vouchers during the registration process. Make sure to have the voucher ready before starting the registration to take advantage of this offer.
When coming to our events, please remember to bring a hat, comfortable running shoes, sunscreen, and a water bottle. We want our athletes to stay protected and hydrated throughout the day. And speaking of payment, please note that it can only be made online. Additionally, age verification documents such as your child's birth certificate, blue book, or passport may be required.
It's never too early to get involved in athletics – athletes as young as 3 years old can register! Age groups are determined by the child's age as of midnight on December 31st. We have a wide range of track and field events available for different age groups, but participation is completely optional. Feel free to explore our weekly programs on our website.
Lastly, don't forget to grab your uniforms! You can purchase them during the registration process or on collection day. Look the part and represent Ryde Athletics Centre with pride!
