Created a free gym facility for the parents who send their children to us for wrestling training. The aim and objective of Rustom Wrestling Club is to produce world-class athletes capable of representing Canada at the Olympic platform. Athletes who become wrestlers acquire essential traits such as courage, discipline, and mental strength. Stepping onto the mat each day helps students set goals, work towards achieving them, and finally succeeding.
Through this process, students learn a dramatic increase in work ethic, perseverance, physical strength, and hardship but when they succeed, it moulds them into Champions (Rustom).
The Rustom Wrestling Club offers a scholarship program available and encourages people of all income levels to participate in their programs. People of all abilities are welcome to join, and all efforts will be made to include individuals of all skill levels. Due to popular demand, the club will also provide training for MMA athletes looking for serious wrestling training. Wrestling is known as the strongest base for any future MMA champion, so it is essential to learn basic and advanced techniques to become an experienced fighter.
The club also provides MMA-oriented training such as tire, sledgehammer, and rope exercises.
In addition to teaching freestyle and Greco/Roman wrestling, Rustom Wrestling Club also offers classes in traditional Indian mud wrestling, commonly known as kushti. The club is dedicated to providing a well-rounded training experience for all its members, and weekly classes are available for those interested in this unique form of wrestling. For more information, please contact the coach via email or phone.
Rustom Wrestling Club is proud to host the Rustom-E-Canada International Tournament, with main sponsors such as Rustom-E-Kumar and Weightlifting. The tournament provides a platform for athletes to showcase their skills and compete at an international level. The club is committed to promoting the sport of wrestling and providing opportunities for athletes to excel in their chosen discipline.
