Russel Sean here, just wanted to drop a quick update from Russel Sean Fitness. You all know we're at Unit #9, 12491 No. 2 Road, Richmond, BC, V7E 2G3, and we're really big on results, support, and community. Our main goal is pretty simple: help you hit those fitness goals with some solid support while building a great sense of community.

As Steveston's top fitness spot, we’ve got a bunch of classes running all week long. You can check the online schedule anytime to see what's coming up and book the ones that work best for you. We aim to make it a super welcoming place where everyone—no matter their fitness level—can work towards a healthier lifestyle.
