The school is founded and headed by Yulia, a former International swimmer who boasts an impressive 25 years of experience in teaching swimming. With a Master's Degree in Sport Science and being a highly respected ASA Swimming Teacher, Yulia's expertise is unquestionable. She is not only fully qualified and certified, but also a qualified ASA Tutor and a Fellow of the Institute of Swimming.
At Rusalka, we take great pride in our team of teachers, who are all fully CRB checked for working with young children. One of our experienced teachers is Bekki, who brings a wealth of swimming experience and knowledge to the table. Having taught for over sixteen years, Bekki has achieved one of her dreams by being part of a successful relay team that conquered the English Channel. She holds various Swimming Teaching Qualifications and is a member of the Institute of Swimming.
Another invaluable member of our team is Sarah, our most experienced Adult and Child Teacher. Sarah specialises in teaching young babies and witnessing their progression into super little swimmers. With ASA Level 1, ASA Level 2, and ASA Adult and Child Certification, Sarah is well-equipped to guide and nurture young ones in their swimming journey.
Last but certainly not least, we have Stacey, the youngest member of our Swim Team. Stacey's deep love for swimming led her to compete at Club Level before exploring the captivating world of Synchronised Swimming.
