Pemberton Athletics Track is excited to announce the upcoming 'Run With The Wind & Field Events 1 2024' event organized by Welsh Athletics. Happening on Wednesday, May 1st, 2024, at Cardiff International Sports Campus, this event is open to athletes aged U15 and up.
Athletes can choose to compete in 1, 2, or 3 events for entry fees of £8.00, £14.00, and £20.00 respectively. It's important to note that all events will close for seeding one hour before each event start time, and track races will be seeded on the night 30 minutes before each race start time. Make sure to mark your calendars and get ready for some thrilling competition!
With various age groups eligible for participation, including U15, U17, U20, and Senior categories, there's a place for athletes of all levels to showcase their skills. The event will feature a range of track and field events, including hurdles, sprints, shot put, hammer, triple jump, discus, and javelin.
For those who want to get involved without competing on the track, volunteers are also welcome to help out with the field events.
