We offer Taekwon-Do classes in Hastings and Napier for different ages and abilities. Juniors are for beginners and lower grades from age 6 until blue belt, and at blue belt level you progress to our Senior Class.

RTR Taekwon-Do, based in Hastings, New Zealand, offers a comprehensive martial arts programme aimed at developing skills, confidence, leadership, and innovative thinking. Established in 2011, the club is managed by the esteemed Grand Master Rounthwaite and Mrs. Rounthwaite.

Affiliated with International Taekwon-Do (iTKD) and a part of the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF), RTR Taekwon-Do is one of nearly 100 clubs nationwide. ITKD, recognised by Sport New Zealand as a national sporting organisation, organises regional and national tournaments along with various events throughout the year.

RTR Taekwon-Do offers classes for different age groups and skill levels. For beginners and lower grades starting from age 7, the Juniors class is available. Students progress to the Senior Class upon reaching the green belt level, with special classes available for higher levels. The club prides itself on its black belt practitioners who have achieved significant mastery.
