Clients will be in excellent hands with Rich, who holds certifications in personal training, British weightlifting coaching, and nutrition coaching. His commitment to fitness is backed by his passion and personal journey, making him the perfect guide for your active lifestyle transformation.
Rich has tailored a variety of services to meet different fitness needs. Whether it’s 1-to-1 private sessions for that personalised touch or the 6-8 week lifestyle transformations to reinvent body and mind, Rich has got you covered. And if you prefer training remotely, online personal training is also available.
