Royston Medicine and Movement

Royston Medicine and Movement in Sutherland focuses on strength and sports performance training, with an integrated approach that combines medicine and movement science. Founded in 2012 by Lee Royston, the gym designs programs for everyday individuals and elite athletes. Training includes weightlifting via individual and small group sessions, plus sports performance training aimed at improving strength, speed, power and durability while minimising injury risk.
