Under Rebecca's direction, RWB Otters is operated entirely by volunteers. The coaches and helpers, who generously volunteer their time, are highly qualified, with most holding at least an 'ASA Assistant Teacher' qualification. Collectively, they contribute over 2000 hours each year, dedicated to helping children learn, compete, and develop their swimming abilities.

The club’s Learn to Swim programme aims to build confidence in and around water, providing a safe and nurturing environment for skill development and growth. For those interested in competition, the Competition Squad offers opportunities to compete throughout Wiltshire, supporting swimmers to reach their full potential.
