Established in 1984, the RBCPA is a well-regarded billiard club in Maidenhead, United Kingdom. The club is proud to be affiliated with both The Region 7 Pool Association and The English Pool Association.

David organises regular inter-county and inter-league matches, offering a platform for players to display their skills against other counties in the South of England. These inter-county matches occur once a month on a Sunday, featuring teams from Hampshire, Kent, London, Surrey, and Sussex. Matches are composed of 44 frames, divided into four sets of 11 frames each. The RBCPA's home venue is the Racks Snooker & Pool Bar at 63 High Street in Maidenhead.
