Swim your heart out as you tackle 5 laps of a 1km course in the wave of your choice - Relaxed, Medium, or Fast.
Whether you're gearing up for the Dock2Dock swim event or just want to enjoy a nice swim, the RD5 is the perfect chance to get in on the action. You've got 4.5 hours to finish your laps, with the last one kicking off at 3.45pm and everything wrapping up by 4.30pm. Show off your swim style, whether it's front crawl, breaststroke, side stroke, or even a good ol' doggy paddle - the choice is yours.
