The Rouse School of Dance, formerly known as the Sheila May School of Dance, is a renowned dance school located in Chester-le-Street. With a rich history in dance education, the school has recently been re-opened as a family business and is dedicated to providing high-quality dance instruction to students of all ages.

At the Rouse School of Dance, safety, and professionalism are of utmost importance. All of our teachers are DBS checked and possess qualifications from reputable organisations such as the National Council for Dance and the Performing Arts (N. C. D.

T. A) and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (I. A. T.

D).
