

Welcome to Rother Valley Croquet Club (RVCC), located in Duncton, 3 miles south of Petworth. RVCC is a small and friendly club that welcomes both newcomers and experienced players of the wonderful game of croquet.
The club boasts two full-sized lawns, along with a half-sized lawn that is specifically designed for beginners to learn and practise the game. From the well-equipped clubhouse, members can enjoy stunning views of the South Downs, creating a picturesque backdrop for their games and social gatherings.
RVCC is an active club that regularly participates in friendly matches and league competitions against other clubs in the area. In addition, the club organises internal competitions for its members, providing opportunities for friendly competition and socialising. The existing members at RVCC vary in skill levels, ranging from beginners to more experienced players.
At RVCC, there is a strong emphasis on improvement and skill development. The club offers coaching sessions at all levels to help members hone their croquet abilities. Membership at RVCC is open to anyone who is interested in croquet, regardless of skill level or experience.
For those new to croquet, RVCC offers free taster days during the season, providing the perfect opportunity to try out the game. Following the taster day, the club also offers a programme of courses called “An Introduction to Croquet” for those who wish to delve deeper into the game and develop their skills further.
