Established in 2014, Rosslare Boxing Club has become a cornerstone of the community in Rosslare, bringing together youth of all ages through the sport of boxing. With an annual membership of between forty and fifty members, the club caters to boys and girls from nine years old upwards. Starting from modest beginnings, Rosslare Boxing Club now operates out of a top-quality training facility in Rosslare Strand, ensuring that every aspiring boxer has the tools they need to succeed.
The club prides itself on its close-knit, family-like atmosphere where equality and fairness are of utmost importance. Training sessions are conducted with high spirits and an unwavering level of discipline, instilling the values that boxing is known for. The goal is to bring out the maximum potential in each boxer and foster their love for the sport. With increasing success in Championships and tournaments at local and national levels, including producing the club's first All-Ireland Champion in 2019, Rosslare Boxing Club is dedicated to continuing this upward trajectory.
