Rossendale Valley Junior Football Club is the place to be for any budding footie star in Lancashire! Founded back in August 2003 by the late Stephen Haworth, this club has grown into the Valley's number one spot for junior football. With an average of 350 players and 60 managers and assistants, it’s a buzzing hub for young talent.
Players from Rawtenstall, Haslingden, Helmshore, and beyond come to join Rossendale Valley JFC, and safety is always a top priority. Regular FA training and DBS checks for all staff ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
Stephen was particularly proud of the club's partnership with Get Into Football, which starts kids off in the Cubs team and progresses them towards league football. Whether they’re aiming for a career in sport or just want to have a blast up to U16 level, these kids are set for a great time.
Training and matches run across various top-notch venues in Haslingden, Rawtenstall, and Helmshore. And come winter, players don’t miss a beat thanks to access to 3G and indoor facilities.
With over 40 teams, Rossendale Valley JFC offers competitive grassroots football for all age ranges from U7’s to U16’s. The club’s link with Rossendale FC means there’s a clear path from junior to adult football, and several former players are already making waves there.
