Recognized as one of the top five non-residential AIFF accredited academies in India, it offers a comprehensive, age-specific curriculum designed to enhance players' technical, physical, psychological, and tactical skills.

The academy is known for its robust player development programs, with many trainees progressing to represent ISL, I-League, and even national and state teams. Through rigorous training schedules and participation in high-level leagues such as the Super Division League and KSFA Youth Leagues, Roots FS provides a clear pathway for aspiring footballers to reach professional tiers.
